Q4 is seeking a Principal Product Designer to lead end-to-end UX strategy for our AI-driven Investor Relations Platform. You will bridge design, engineering, and product management to deliver cohesive, accessible, and scalable experiences.

Qualifications

10+ years of UX or product design experience at senior levels (Principal/Staff).
Portfolio showing high-impact, ambiguity navigation and product visions.
Experience with AI-powered products and user interactions with AI.
Strong communication to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Define and socialize the long-term UX strategy for Q4’s AI-driven Platform and products.
Lead end-to-end design for complex product areas, representing the voice of the customer.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Design to drive discovery.
Shape AI interactions and design intuitive user experiences for AI features.
Analyze product data with the data team to inform design priorities and impact.
Plan and execute autonomous research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Mentor other designers and foster a collaborative culture through workshops.
