• Designed for developer and builder audiences, including AI-enabled features.
• Shaped design direction and influenced product strategy without management duties.

Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate a long-range design vision for the product family.
• Drive design system Pluma's architecture and evolution.
• Ensure alignment between design intent and shipped product.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership on strategy.
• Develop and advocate for Customer.io's AI product design philosophy.
• Participate in hiring and mentoring Staff designers.
