Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop a platform of services on AWS for product creation.
• Influence engineering standards across the org and drive scalable system design.
• Lead AI-assisted development tooling adoption and ensure reliable delivery.
• Own end-to-end technical decisions and tradeoffs with cross-functional partners.
• Mentor teammates through technical direction and code reviews.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and building a high-performing team culture.
