You will work closely with partner teams to prototype, integrate, and productionize experiences on our platform, driving faster shipping and better developer experiences. You’ll collaborate with engineering, product, and documentation teams to turn field learnings into platform improvements, contribute to onboarding patterns, and craft clear examples and docs for external
Qualifications
- Proven experience shipping production systems.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs in production.
- Customer-facing technical experience with integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
Responsibilities
- Prototype and implement character experiences on our platform from integration to production.
- Maintain SDK code samples and customer-facing docs.
- Act as technical liaison to turn field learnings into platform roadmap.
- Develop onboarding patterns to reduce support needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and product management.
