With over 8 years of engineering experience in large-scale systems, you will architect solutions, mentor teams, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure a cohesive delivery of services. This position includes a competitive salary range of $172,600 - $259,000 USD and a commitment to employee well-being.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience in large-scale eCommerce or platform systems.
• Proven architecture and integration expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce OMS, and enterprise middleware.
• Proficiency building systems using cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD, and IaC (Terraform).

Responsibilities

• Define the technical architecture for Hasbro’s global Salesforce-based architecture.
• Establish integration frameworks for SAP, Braintree, and other enterprise systems.
• Lead AI/ML initiatives across the DTC ecosystem to enhance customer experiences.
