Hasbro is hiring a Senior Principal, Technical Product Manager to translate vision into reality. This hands-on role has global scope, identifying process complexity, designing practical automation, and leading AI experiments that deliver measurable impact for Marketing, Brand, and Commercial teams worldwide.

You’ll bridge business and technology, translating workflow challenges into scalable improvements, reducing manual effort, increasing transparency, and introducing AI-enabled capabilities

Qualifications

• Experience improving business processes within Marketing, Brand, Commercial, or planning environments.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, workflow platforms, agentic or AI-enabled solutions, and low-code technologies.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to design scalable workflow and data architectures that connect across platforms.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including integration patterns, data flows, governance considerations, and the emerging role of autonomous or agentic capabilities within enterprise ecosystems.
• Comfort navigating complex ecosystems and balancing short-term wins with long-term sustainability.
• Ability to translate ambiguous challenges into structured, practical solutions.
• Experience partnering efficiently across the enterprise.
• A product approach - you design capabilities that are user-centered, resilient, agent-augmented where appropriate, and built to evolve.

Responsibilities

• Process Simplification & Workflow Design: assess end-to-end workflows and redesign for clarity, accountability, and speed.
• Automation Execution: design and implement lightweight automations, connect systems, deliver early wins and measurable improvements.
• Marketing, Brand & Commercial Impact: improve insights, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, ensure sustainable solutions.
