Brex is seeking an engineering leader in Seattle to head onboarding and activation experiences. The role focuses on strategic thinking, high autonomy, and delivering AI-enhanced customer journeys while scaling user-facing onboarding systems.

Based in our Seattle office, this hybrid role requires three in-office days per week (Mon, Wed, Thu) with up to four weeks of fully remote work per year. You will collaborate across Product, Design, Operations, and GTM teams to drive value for customers.
