Gemini is seeking a Sr. Associate, Risk Analytics to join its Enterprise Risk team in New York.

You will design and implement automated risk monitoring systems, leveraging agentic AI to detect, elevate, and remediate risk in real time across the enterprise. You will collaborate with Engineering, Data, Compliance, and Operations to build the risk brain of the company, codifying controls and delivering actionable dashboards for senior leadership, with a strong focus on observability and proactive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Engineering).
• 3–5 years of experience in risk management, analytics, or a related technical domain.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with AI agents/frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen) and LLM integration.
• Experience with continuous monitoring and data quality systems.
• Ability to translate complex data and AI outputs into clear reporting for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Control Monitoring: design automated, real-time monitoring across enterprise risk domains (Credit, Fraud, Operational, Compliance).
• Agentic Risk Infrastructure: develop and deploy AI agents to monitor controls and suggest risk mitigations.
• Enterprise Risk Analytics: interpret large datasets, build predictive models and detection tools.
• Risk Governance & Reporting: maintain risk inventories and automated dashboards for KRIs vs. appetite.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Risk Engineering, Identity, and Product teams to instrument risk telemetry.
