Job summary

Gemini is seeking a Sr. Associate, Risk Analytics to advance its risk infrastructure. You will design proactive automated monitoring using AI agents, partnering with Engineering, Data, Compliance and Operations to codify risk controls and enable real-time observability.

You will analyze large data sets, build predictive tools, and develop dashboards to communicate risk insights to senior leadership while ensuring human-in-the-loop governance and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
• 3–5 years of experience in risk management, analytics, or related technical domain
• Strong SQL and relational database skills; intermediate-to-advanced Python ability
• Experience with building or deploying AI agents (LangChain, AutoGen) and LLM integration
• Experience designing or maintaining automated systems for data quality, observability, or control monitoring
• Ability to translate complex data and AI output into clear reporting for senior stakeholders
• Mindset: no-task-is-too-small, comfortable with ambiguity and skepticism toward automation

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of automated, real-time risk monitoring across Credit, Fraud, Operational, and Compliance domains
• Develop and deploy AI agents to monitor controls and perform proactive anomaly detection
• Build predictive models and detection tools to reduce risk and improve efficiency
• Create dashboards for senior management to track KRIs against appetite
• Collaborate with Risk Engineering, Identity, and Product teams to instrument telemetry and train staff on agentic outputs
