Job summary

Gemini is seeking a Sr. Associate, Risk Analytics to join the Risk Management function.

You will move risk infrastructure from reactive to proactive, designing systems for continuous control monitoring using agentic AI to detect, elevate, and remediate risk across the enterprise. You will work with Engineering, Data, Compliance and Operations to build the risk brain of the company—codifying controls, monitoring in real‑time, and scaling through autonomous agents to protect and optimize risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Engineering).
• 3–5 years of experience in risk management, analytics, or a related technical domain.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong SQL and relational database skills; intermediate-to-advanced Python ability.
• AI/Agentic Frameworks: Familiarity with building or deploying AI agents (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen) and LLM integration.
• Continuous Monitoring: Experience designing automated systems for data quality, observability, or control monitoring.
• Data Communication: Ability to translate complex data and AI output into clear, actionable reporting for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of an automated, continuous monitoring framework across enterprise risk domains.
• Develop and deploy AI agents to monitor control activities and perform proactive anomaly detection.
• Interpret large datasets to formulate problem statements and generate insights across business verticals.
• Maintain AI/model risk inventories and build automated dashboards for KRIs against appetite.
• Collaborate with Risk Engineering, Identity, and Product teams to instrument risk telemetry.
