Qualificações

• 5+ years of software engineering in a corporate environment.
• Experience with CI/CD, release engineering, and audit trails.
• Strong hands-on Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, API development, Python, and shell scripting.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and secure AI usage.
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, Docker, and secret management.
• Knowledge of observability tools and end-to-end subsystem ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Design and integrate AI-driven remediation workflows in enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and operate the evaluation harness to prove agent quality at scale.
• Implement PR provenance contract end-to-end with audit-trail and attestations.
• Own subsystems within the harness: evaluation fixtures, replay tooling, regression corpora.
• Co-own agent harness reliability and observability with metrics and dashboards.
• Contribute to agent-skill design reviews and ensure audit-control across platforms.
• Wiring lint rules and migration checks to demonstrate standards adoption.
• Instrument value and ROI metrics across repositories, PR provenance, and pipeline outcomes.
• Promote enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices with safe validation standards.
