Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in a corporate environment using Java, Python, SQL and scripting.
• Experience contributing to CI/CD or release-engineering platforms, with audit-trail tooling and deployment controls.
• Hands-on Java, Spring Boot, API development, and automation service building experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and evaluating AI outputs for correctness and security.
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and secure handling of data.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate AI-driven remediation workflows into enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and operate the evaluation harness for agent quality and delivery readiness at scale.
• Implement PR-provenance contracts including signed commits and audit trails.
• Own subsystems within the harness and handle reliability, observability, and runbook maintenance.
• Contribute to agent-skill design reviews and promote standards adoption across channels.
