JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer to design and deliver critical technology across Chase AI components. You will build agentic systems using Java/Python, Spring and AWS, ensuring secure, scalable production services with modern CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate with product, design, and operations teams, drive code quality, testing, and security, and mentor engineers adopting enterprise AI practices. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
• Experience building complex scalable applications or agentic systems using modern tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting for complex problems.
• Produces secure, production-ready code and maintains algorithms.
• Delivers architecture and design artifacts for complex applications.
• Works with large datasets to drive improvements in software applications and systems.
• Identifies data patterns to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Leads adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and ensures secure, compliant delivery.
