Job summary

You will design and operate evaluation harnesses, ensure provenance and audit trails, and integrate with enterprise CI/CD tools while promoting secure, responsible AI practices and strong observability across runtimes, migrations, and security

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, debugging and maintaining code in a corporate environment using Java, Python, SQL and scripting languages.
• Experience contributing to CI/CD or release‑engineering platforms with automated pipelines and audit trails.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Boot, API development, and automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate AI‑driven remediation workflows into enterprise CI/CD pipelines and develop audit trails.
• Build and operate evaluation harnesses to prove agent quality and delivery readiness at scale.
• Implement PR provenance contracts with end‑to‑end automation, tests, and attestations.
• Own subsystems of the harness including regression corpora, logs, and runbooks.
• Improve reliability and observability of the agent harness with metrics, dashboards, and alerting.
• Support AI‑assisted engineering practices and secure coding standards across the team.
