Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a driven Counsel to join our Global Litigation team, focusing on offensive litigation and proactive enforcement. You will lead a portfolio of affirmative matters, build cases from the ground up, and prosecute claims to protect the business while supporting core defensive matters as needed.

Collaborate with outside counsel, internal talent, and AI tools to enhance strategy and budget efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of combined litigation experience at a law firm, in-house, or government/prosecutorial agency.
• Demonstrated ability to investigate facts, build a case, and aggressively drive actions forward.
• Comfort navigating fast-paced environments and taking ownership of complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive legal actions across our global docket, including plaintiff-side litigation and enforcement initiatives.
• Assist with defensive litigation as docket capacity permits.
• Deploy external counsel and internal talent, leveraging AI tools to drive case strategy and budget efficiency.
• Contribute to the deployment of AI tools in legal research and drafting workflows.
• Deliver clear, actionable risk evaluation and case strategy advice.
