You will investigate facts, build cases from scratch, and prosecute claims to protect the business while advancing the responsible use of AI tools. In this role you will lead a portfolio of matters, collaborate with outside counsel and internal teams, deploy strategic resources, and report to the Vice President, Global Litigation.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited institution and active state bar membership.
• 2–5 years of combined litigation experience at a law firm, in-house, or government.
• Ability to investigate facts, build a case from scratch, and drive actions forward.
• Entrepreneurial resilience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead affirmative strategy and enforcement across the global docket.
• Provide defensive support and pre-litigation efforts when needed.
• Strategically deploy resources with outside counsel and AI tools.
• Integrate responsible AI in research and drafting workflows.
• Deliver actionable risk evaluation and case strategy guidance.
