Job summary

Prestigewfs is seeking a Litigation Strategy & Management Lead for a remote-first, ground-floor role at the intersection of law, operations, and AI. You will own and scale how mass arbitration and mass action cases are identified, evaluated, and operationalized, turning legal judgment into scalable execution.

You will build frameworks, lead a team of legal analysts, and partner with product, data, engineering, and marketing to drive a high-impact, equity-led growth agenda in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal background is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal strategy, operations, or complex litigation.
• Experience with mass arbitration or mass action cases is strongly preferred.
• Ability to build from scratch in ambiguous environments and execute.
• Product-minded with strong execution instincts; startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the top-of-funnel pipeline for mass arbitration and mass action cases.
• Build frameworks to evaluate case viability, exposure, and precedent.
• Operate and improve AI-driven case generation models.
• Lead and scale a team of legal analysts.
• Partner with product, data, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with elite law firms, including Am Law 100 firms.
