Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a driven Counsel to join the Global Litigation team, focusing on offensive litigation and proactive enforcement. You will lead a portfolio of affirmative matters, investigate facts, build cases, and prosecute claims to protect Salesforce's business while supporting defensive matters as capacity allows.

You will work with external counsel, internal teams, and AI tools to drive case strategy and budget efficiency, reporting to the Vice President, Global Litigation.

Qualifications

• Law degree (J.D.) from an accredited school.
• Active state bar membership in good standing.
• 2–5 years of combined litigation experience at a law firm, in-house, or government/prosecutorial agency.
• Ability to investigate facts, build a case from scratch, and aggressively drive actions forward.
• Entrepreneurial resilience and comfort in fast-paced environments.
• Strong accountability and rigor in tracking commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive litigation actions across a global docket from fact-finding to final resolution.
• Provide defensive support and pre-litigation guidance as capacity allows.
• Partner with outside counsel, internal talent, and AI tools to drive strategy and budget efficiency.
• Contribute to responsible AI integration in legal research and drafting workflows.
• Deliver clear, actionable risk evaluations and strategic recommendations.
