Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a driven Counsel to join the Global Litigation team, focusing on offensive litigation and proactive enforcement while advancing responsible AI use in legal workflows. You will investigate facts, build cases from the ground up, and prosecute claims to protect the business, with opportunity to support defensive matters as capacity allows.

The ideal candidate has a J.D., 2–5 years of litigation experience, and familiarity with eDiscovery platforms and Relativity aiR.

Qualifications

Law degree (J.D.) from an accredited institution and active state bar membership.
2–5 years of combined litigation experience at a law firm, in-house legal department, or government/prosecutorial agency.
Experience building cases from scratch and driving affirmative litigation forward.

Responsibilities

Lead proactive legal actions across our global docket, including plaintiff-side litigation and enforcement initiatives.
Assist with defensive litigation as docket capacity permits.
Collaborate with outside counsel and internal teams; deploy AI tools to drive case strategy and budget efficiency.
Contribute to responsible AI integration in legal research and drafting workflows.
Provide clear, actionable risk and strategy guidance with business impact in mind.
