Job summary
EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. You will drive scalable AI capabilities, including agent authentication, observability and governance, with a focus on post-training tuning and federated learning.
The role requires advanced degree and 10+ years in software engineering and AI, plus experience with modern AI stacks and multi-agent designs.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant technical field.
- 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
- Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
- Familiarity with AI native toolchains and crypto identity methods.
- Experience with CI/CD and modern code hosting platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design control harness intelligence systems and multiagent architectures.
- Define authentication for large-scale multi-agent systems.
- Develop post-training and tuning environments.
- Benchmark AI architectures against evals.
- Lead the team in building universal agentic control harnesses.
- Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra experts.
