Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. You will manage post-training environments, federated learning, and multi-agent system architectures while driving product requirements and security considerations.

The role demands 10+ years in software & AI, advanced degrees, and hands-on development of agentic control capabilities across Nvidia NVAIE, AWS, and Azure AI stacks, with a hybrid in-person/remote

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Experience with AI native development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, TypeScript) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understand AI Native design process and principles.
• Experience with cryptographic methods of identity and auth.
• Experience with IDEs, CI/CD pipelines and code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Microsoft Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent platforms.
• Define architectures for agent identity and authentication in large-scale systems.
• Design post-training and tuning environments for agents.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against AI and human evals.
• Lead creation of comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI-native processes.
• Research emerging agent authorization architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with experts in AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and contribute to IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
• Lead a team of experts in universal agentic control harnesses.
