You will own end-to-end engineering lifecycles, collaborating with customer teams and applying best practices for security, latency, and reliability in cloud environments.

This role is hybrid with significant travel, requires 10+ years of software experience and deep knowledge of AI, MLOps, and multi-agent systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience, primarily with Python or similar languages.
• Lead developer for complex Conversational AI and CX apps, transitioning prototypes to production workflows.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms and deploying via automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery for Conversational AI pilots at customer sites and establish CUJs for large clients.
• Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to optimize agent workloads.
• Reduce latency while ensuring production-grade security and networking across services.
• Co-build with customer engineers to promote Google-grade development practices and long-term adoption.
• Debug agent logic and optimize tool selection across microservices to resolve real-time issues.
