Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed AI Engineer to design and deploy enterprise-scale Agentic AI and Conversational AI solutions on Google Cloud. You will drive multi-agent workflows, integrate with enterprise systems, and optimize RAG using BigQuery and AlloyDB.

In this hybrid Dallas-based role, you will guide client teams, translate business needs into scalable AI architectures, and contribute to Agile design discussions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud Engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Strong experience with GCP, Vertex AI, Vertex AI Agent Builder, ADK, and Model Garden.
• Advanced Python development skills for enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, Conversational AI, and CX solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Agentic AI and Conversational AI solutions on Google Cloud.
• Develop multi-agent workflows and integrate with enterprise APIs and data platforms.
• Build and optimize RAG solutions with BigQuery, AlloyDB, and vector search.
• Implement secure integrations using MCP and cloud-native GCP services.
• Develop evaluation, monitoring, and observability frameworks for AI systems.
• Collaborate with client teams; participate in Agile delivery and design discussions.
