Job summary

Capgemini in Dallas is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed AI Engineer to drive the design and deployment of enterprise-scale Agentic AI and Conversational AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

You will partner with business and technology teams to transform AI prototypes into production-ready systems using Vertex AI, multi-agent architectures, RAG, and cloud-native services. Hybrid role with client-facing delivery is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, AI/ML, or cloud/data engineering.
• Strong experience with GCP, Vertex AI, Vertex AI Agent Builder, ADK, and Model Garden.
• Advanced Python development for enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Agentic AI and Conversational AI solutions on Vertex AI.
• Develop multi-agent workflows integrated with enterprise apps and data platforms.
• Build and optimize RAG solutions using BigQuery, AlloyDB, and vector search.
