Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Lead Forward Deployed AI Engineer to drive enterprise AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform. You will design, deploy, and optimize Agentic AI and Conversational AI using Vertex AI, multi-agent architectures, and RAG within enterprise data ecosystems.

This hybrid Dallas position collaborates with client teams, translates business needs into production architectures, and contributes to Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Software Eng/AI/Cloud/Data Eng.
• Strong GCP and Vertex AI experience.
• Hands-on Agentic AI and CX solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Agentic AI and Conversational AI on Vertex AI.
• Develop multi-agent workflows and integrate with enterprise apps.
• Build RAG solutions using BigQuery and vector tech.
• Implement secure integrations using cloud-native services.
• Develop monitoring and observability for AI systems.
