Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Decision Science Consultant in the United States to leverage data science, ML, and AI to build decision-making systems for clients. You will translate business needs into technical solutions and collaborate across onshore and offshore teams.

Role requires travel up to 80%, a 3+ year track record in data science/ML/AI, and a Bachelor's degree. You should have utility industry exposure and strong communication skills to drive value for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience serving utilities clients (electric, gas, or water) or in a utilities finance, controllership, or regulatory function.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics initiatives/programs.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to execute projects.
• Bridge between business and technical domains for internal and external purposes.
• Engage with business and analytics stakeholders to understand needs and build relationships.
• Support the sales process by contributing to sales solutioning for DS & ML opportunities.
• Develop and customize DS / ML / AI / Analytics models and solutions for specific business problems.
• Collaborate across Accenture’s network and partner with strategy, consulting, and tech teams in sales and delivery processes.
• Identify AI use cases in an industry or function by understanding goals, ROI, and creating the transformation roadmap.
• Advise organization on adoption of responsible AI solutions and governance; train users, maintain solutions, and communicate value.
