Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4+ years in AI and Data Strategy space including data strategy, talent strategy, value case development, data management and analysis.
• 4+ years of high-value consulting or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 4+ years leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 4+ years of large-scale delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on infusing AI and data into business processes.
• Define and structure an AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth.
• Assess maturity of AI and data strategy, talent, operating model and data foundation.
• Define building blocks to convert to an AI-first organization, including tech blueprint and operating model.
• Create business cases, investment profiles and roadmaps for strategy delivery.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap and plan ecosystem partnerships.
• Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
