Job summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP is seeking an experienced AI and Data Solution Architect to lead enterprise architecture for complex technology programs in Financial Services. You will design secure, scalable data platforms, AI-driven analytics, and robust data pipelines across cloud-native environments, with emphasis on Generative AI and modern data architectures.

You will mentor teams, develop roadmaps, and collaborate with clients to translate business challenges into innovative technology solutions

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT architecture or related technical discipline.
• 6+ years with Hadoop ecosystem (Cloudera) incl. HDFS, Hive, Pig, Sqoop, MongoDB.
• Experience delivering AI and data architecture in Financial Services (Capital Markets, Fraud Detection, Risk Analytics, Regulatory Reporting).
• Strong Python & PySpark, Pandas, NumPy, and modern data architectures (Lakehouse, Medallion, Kafka, Flink, Data Mesh, OLAP/OLTP).
• Hands-on Generative AI: RAG pipelines, LLM integration, prompt engineering, multi-agent workflows, vector dbs (Pinecone, FAISS, Azure AI Search).
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes; ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise architecture strategies for complex technology programs.
• Design secure, scalable data platforms and AI-driven analytical solutions.
• Translate business challenges into innovative technology solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Develop technology roadmaps evaluating emerging tech, platforms, and AI capabilities.
• Architect data pipelines and ETL using Python/PySpark across relational, warehouse, and cloud-native environments.
• Design and manage distributed data processing using Hadoop/Cloudera and NoSQL databases.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools, CI/CD practices, and container orchestration to accelerate delivery.
• Serve as a senior technical advisor, mentoring teams and governing architectural best practices.
