Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Delivery Management Technical Program/Project Manager/Senior Manager to lead AI and Engineering initiatives in the US. You will combine hands-on technical skills with program leadership to drive complex AI, GenAI, and Cloud platform programs, coordinating onshore and offshore teams.

You will manage product/service delivery lifecycle, CI/CD design, and stakeholder communications, shaping architectures and roadmaps across multi-cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CI/CD design and automation across cloud-native/open-source tools.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK and Loki; strong DevOps background.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, ECS/EKS).
• 5+ years of Terraform IaC with related monitoring/deployment tools.
• 10+ years in product and lifecycle management with delivery leadership.
• 10+ years as a technical program/project manager with structured planning, reporting, risk mgmt.
• 10+ years' experience documenting requirements (FSDs) and stakeholder communications.
• 10+ years with Git workflows and source control best practices.
• 10+ years driving collaboration between PMOs, executives, partners, and DevOps teams.
• 5+ years driving large transformational programs including DevSecOps and RFP engagements.
• Bachelor-level technical degree required.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical programs and projects with onshore/offshore teams to deliver AI, GenAI, and Cloud platform initiatives.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using cloud-native and open-source tools.
• Manage requirements, planning, reporting, and risk across programs.
• Document business needs and translate them into technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Oversee containerization and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, ECS/EKS).
• Drive proactive collaboration between PMOs, executives, partners, and DevOps teams.
