Responsibilities

• Lead sales, solution design, and delivery for AI, ML, automation and data-driven Human Capital engagements.
• Develop account growth strategies, manage pipelines, support proposals, and drive deal closures.
• Design scalable architectures for AI/ML use cases, with secure, high-availability deployment models.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders to align technical solutions.
• Oversee execution of AI-powered solutions, manage risk, mentor junior team members on technical practices.
