Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in product sales, software engineering, technology architecture, or data engineering.
• 3+ years of experience leading AI and machine learning solution sales, design, and deployment.
• 8+ years of experience leading technical teams, including onshore and offshore.
• 2+ years of experience architecting, building, and deploying ML/DL/Generative AI solutions in production.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and AI/ML tools/frameworks.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, solution design, and delivery for AI, ML, automation, and data-driven Human Capital engagements.
• Develop account growth strategies, manage pipelines, support proposal development, and drive deal closure with client decision-makers.
• Design scalable technology and data architectures for AI/ML/generative AI use cases with secure, high-availability deployment models.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align solutions with requirements.
• Oversee execution of AI-powered solutions including risk, ethics, and continuous improvement; mentor junior team members.
