Job summary

EY is seeking a Lead AI Software Architect to guide a team of domain experts in designing agent control systems, including authentication, observability, and post-training tuning. This role emphasizes scalable, secure AI architectures across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics is required.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI-native software development tools and code assist.
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, TS) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of AI-native design processes and authentication cryptography.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, modern code hosting and collaboration tools.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent environments.
• Architect agent identity and authentication for large-scale systems.
• Design post-training and tuning environments for agents.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement architectures and benchmark against evaluations.
• Lead development of universal agentic control frameworks.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support strategic technology development and IP filings.
