Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise AI use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects and drive multi-agent system development, RAG-based context, and scalable inference pipelines.

The role requires deep knowledge of memory architectures, context management, and collaboration across AI, security, data, and infrastructure teams. Hybrid work model and global impact are expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Experience with AI native software development tools/code assist.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of AI native design process and principles.
• Deep understanding of model fine tuning and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native systems.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic chunking.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against agent and human evals.
• Create reusable integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Lead AI native design process and drive requirements.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams to balance outcomes.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Mentor Knowledge/Data team members.
