Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement AI memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise use cases. Lead a team of AI Architects focusing on memory design, context systems, and scalable AI solutions across diverse systems.

The role requires deep expertise in memory architectures, RAG, fine-tuning and model synthesis. You will collaborate with AI, Security and Data teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to IP development while thriving in a

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory / context architectures.
• Experience with AI native software development tools and code assist.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and programming languages (Python, Bash, Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding AI Native design process and principles.
• Deep understanding of model fine tuning and customization through context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with IDEs, CI/CD pipelines and modern code hosting (GitHub/Gitlab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems.
• Design of context systems including RAG and semantic chunking.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking against agent and human evals.
• Design replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI Native design process.
• Assess emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
• Present at conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team.
• Lead a group of experts in Knowledge and data systems for Knowledge AI.
