Job summary

EY is hiring a Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain experts in designing AI agent control systems. You will shape architectures for multi-agent environments, authentication, and post-training tuning, while driving federated learning initiatives across large-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in EE, CS or Math.
• 10+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI-native tools and cryptographic identity methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of AI agent control harness and multiagent systems.
• Define architectures for agent identity, authentication, and authorization.
• Develop post-training and tuning environments.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams.
• Present at conferences and support IP filings.
