Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain architect experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. This role focuses on building scalable AI capabilities and federated learning environments in fast-paced settings.

You will collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams, influence architecture decisions, and present at conferences while guiding a high-impact team to deliver universal agentic control harnesses across EY's hybrid work

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and modern secrets management.
• Proficiency with AI native development tools and code assist.
• Familiarity with Python, Bash, TypeScript, Go, Rust, Java.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent platforms.
• Define architectures for agent identity and authentication.
• Develop post-training and tuning environments.
• Benchmark AI architectures against evaluations.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of experts.
• Present findings at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities.
• Drive universal agentic control harnesses.
