Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to guide a team of domain experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. The role focuses on scalable agent control, authentication, observability, and post-training environments to enable enterprise-grade AI solutions.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate across security, data, and infrastructure teams, and present at conferences while driving IP development in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Experience with AI native development tools and code assistants.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent platforms.
• Define architectures for agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Lead post-training and tuning environments development.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Benchmark architectures against AI and human evals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
