Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain experts in designing AI Agent Control and related tooling. You will drive architecture for cross-functional teams and mature post-training environments across enterprise systems.

You will own the development of control harnesses, authentication strategies, and benchmarking, while collaborating with Security, Data, and Infrastructure partners to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Proficiency with AI native software development tools and code assist.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, TS) and Go/Rust/Java.
• Understanding of AI Native design process and identity/auth methods.
• Experience with CI/CD, Github/Gitlab/Azure DevOps and AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent setups.
• Architect agent identity/authentication for large-scale systems.
• Develop post-training and tuning environments.
• Create synthesis models for open-source AI.
• Implement and benchmark against agent and human evals.
• Build comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design through AI Native design process.
• Research emerging authorization architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support business development for emerging tech as needed.
• Present at conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
• Lead experts in universal agentic control harnesses.
