Job summary

EY seeks a Lead AI Software Architect to head a team of domain experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. You will craft scalable agent control harnesses, address authentication, observability, and post-training environments, including federated learning, while driving cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, TypeScript).
• Understanding AI Native design process and principles.
• Experience with identity/auth cryptography.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern code hosting.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent systems and tools.
• Architect agent identity and authentication for large-scale enterprise systems.
• Oversee post-training and tuning environments.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Benchmark architectures against AI and human evals.
• Lead design of comprehensive AI agent control frameworks.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams.
• Support business development for emerging technology.
• Present at academic conferences and contribute to IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities.
