Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time business experience.
• 3+ years of Scrum experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to remove impediments outside of the team.
• Coaching skills to convey complex messages and teach new concepts.
• Conflict resolution and mediation capabilities.
• Ability to build trust, rapport, and high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with SDLC and agile practices; knowledge of CI/CD and automated testing.
• Knowledge of Kanban, Scrumban, XP, and Mob programming.
• Ability to use empirical data and metrics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coach Agile Squads on Scrum values, principles, and practices.
• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure value from all ceremonies.
• Guide Product Owners and Dev Teams in backlog management and outcomes.
• Promote self-organization, continuous improvement, and cross-functionality.
• Identify and remove impediments; shield teams from interference.
• Foster a safe, trusting environment for open discussion.
• Leverage metrics and feedback loops for inspect-and-adapt improvements.
• Collaborate with Agile Center to improve team effectiveness.
• Model servant leadership and support growth of team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure risk management aligned with policies.
