Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Understanding basic iterative development and software development processes.
• Experience with backlog tracking, burn down metrics, and velocity.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Daily SCRUM meetings and organize Sprint Planning/Grooming sessions.
• Work with product owners to ensure product backlogs are prioritized.
• Guide the team to remove impediments and improve Scrum maturity.
