The position requires 5+ years of business experience and 3+ years of Scrum expertise, with strong communication skills and a focus on removing impediments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time business experience.
• 3+ years of Scrum experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to remove impediments outside of the team.
• Coaching skills and ability to teach new concepts.
• Conflict resolution and mediation capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and high-performing teams.
• Working knowledge of SDLC and agility practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, TDD, and automated testing.
• Knowledge of additional Agile frameworks such as Kanban, Scrumban, XP, and Mob programming.
• Ability to use empirical data and metrics to drive decisions and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coach Agile Squads on Agile values and practices.
• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure value from all ceremonies.
• Guide Product Owners and Dev Teams in backlog management.
• Promote self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments and escalate when needed.
• Shield teams from external interference to maintain productivity.
• Foster a safe, trusting environment for collaboration.
• Use metrics and feedback loops for improvement.
• Apply DevOps and testing practices to find opportunities.
• Collaborate with Agile Center to improve team effectiveness.
• Model servant leadership and support growth of team members.
