Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Agile Coach to support an enterprise agility pilot within a Digital Banking ecosystem of 24 teams. The coach will enable teams to learn, implement, and mature Lean-Agile principles and modern engineering practices, guide leaders on agile mindset, and contribute to organization-wide initiatives that advance agility and knowledge.

The role is remote on a contract basis with a W2 arrangement, offering medical, dental, vision, 401k matching and more.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coaching multiple agile teams and leaders in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of Lean-Agile principles and scaled frameworks.
• Experience delivering coaching across large pilot programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Agile Operating Frameworks and Risk Frameworks are followed; use metrics to drive improvement.
• Create coaching objectives with leaders to drive adoption and maturity of agile practices.
• Provide training sessions on Agile frameworks and modern engineering practices.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and executives on Agile leadership.
• Empower teams to be self-managing and cross-functional.
• Develop roadmaps for future Agile practices across multiple teams.
• Plan and design agile adoption across Digital Banking ecosystem.
