Farmers Insurance is seeking a Head of Business Transformation to drive value creation across lines of business and functions. You will lead strategic initiatives and collaborate with senior leaders to set direction and measure impact on outcomes.

The role emphasizes agent experience, profitability, and modernization, with a strong focus on cross-functional delivery and stakeholder alignment across IT, Distribution, Product, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 15+ years of experience.
• Illustrated history of applying modern KPIs and measures to critical business objectives.
• Must bring experience within a P&C distribution organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary strategic business leader of enterprise projects and milestones.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, Finance, and Operations to drive modernization and outcomes.
• Lead value-stream/product delivery and ensure backlogs align with business objectives.
• Report progress to the Steering Committee and align stakeholders across units.
