Farmers Group Inc. seeks a Head of Business Transformation to drive strategic initiatives across the Agent Experience and core business lines. You will set project direction, manage milestones, and enable collaboration with IT, Distribution, Product, Finance, Actuarial, Underwriting and Service Ops to deliver measurable outcomes.

A bachelor’s degree with 15+ years in transformation within P&C distribution is required, with the ability to balance business needs and technology modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 15+ years of experience in business transformation.
• Experience within a P&C distribution organization.
• Proven ability to apply modern KPIs to critical business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives with emphasis on Agent Experience and measurable impact.
• Collaborate with IT, Distribution, Product, Finance, Actuarial, Underwriting, Service Ops and other units.
• Set project direction, milestones, and report progress to the Steering Committee.
