Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a senior MS&A engineer to support modeling, simulation, and analysis of space systems. This role requires leading teams, translating customer needs into actionable analyses, and delivering timely technical results.

Candidates should have a TS clearance, a strong aerospace engineering background, and experience with agent-based modeling or related tools. Onsite work in El Segundo, CA or Chantilly, VA is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related technical field.
• 8+ years of professional engineering/scientific experience.
• Technical understanding of space operations, red vs blue simulations, and C2.
• Experience in space systems or related domains.
• Experience with Python, C++, or MATLAB.
• Experience leading a team.
• Current Top Secret clearance.
• Ability to adapt to changing customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Cross-Mission Effectiveness Department as a technical authority.
• Translate program needs into modeling, simulation, and analysis solutions.
• Plan, lead, and contribute to technical analysis projects.
• Understand, model, and analyze enterprise-level missions.
