Job summary

KinderCare Education is hiring a Teacher to lead and mentor a classroom, implementing our curriculum and creating a safe, nurturing environment for young learners. You will partner with families to deliver high-quality care and education, while supporting center goals around enrollment and engagement.

The role requires 2-3 years in early childhood education, a CDA or pursuing NAEYC candidacy, and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Active CDA Credential or pursuing NAEYC candidacy.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and community partners.
