KinderCare Education is seeking a Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor staff while delivering high-quality early childhood education. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe learning environment, and actively engage with families to ensure the best care for children.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Possess a CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements; state trainer preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree in ECE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom and model behaviors.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
