Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers to lead classrooms and mentor staff. You will implement our curriculum, foster a safe, nurturing space for children to learn and grow, and collaborate with families for the best outcomes.

We seek candidates with CDA or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience, and flexibility to obtain CPR/First Aid. Strong English communication and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• State trainer approval preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification; meet state qualifications.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English reading, writing, and speaking required to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum in line with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents with a shared goal of high-quality care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and corporate partners.
