Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead, coach and mentor staff while delivering our curriculum in a safe, nurturing environment. You will partner with families to support each child’s development and contribute to center goals around enrollment and quality.

This role emphasizes engagement with staff, parents, and local authorities to ensure exceptional care. Required credentials include a CDA or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years in early childhood education, and CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid if needed.
• 2–3 years of early childhood education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• English literacy to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children’s care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
